Regarding Operation Strike of the Sword or Khanjar, it’s architect, Brig. Gen. Larry D. Nicholson, said:

In a recent article for Foreign Policy Magazine, Robert Farley writes about the international image of Iran and the consequences of the country having a nuke. Here is the part with the Iran’s image:

Iran, it is argued, cannot be allowed to build nuclear weapons because its leaders say crazy things, wear funny hats without ties, and believe that God will reward them with virgins and whatnot for consuming friendly countries in a nuclear firestorm.
